And then one day it all goes black. All the stories you’ve held in your chest are released to fly into the night. It’s like waking up from a long sleep, but instead of morning grog, you are met with stunning clarity.
It’s like a well-oiled gear of a vehicle saying “everything is great!” while the car is driving off a cliff.
Spirit (passion/zeal) at the neglect of truth to anchor it results in cults, unorthodox sects, and damage to outsiders (like me).
With such a small god smeared all over America, it’s not surprising that many turned to politics as their source of hope.
How should Christians treat people of different skin colors?
On the flip, if this crazy, magical world that sometimes smells like lavender and always spins is not only real, but points to something even more real than itself, cut me off a slice of that. I want in.
We have no more means of describing God than a baby in the womb has a way to describe the outside world.
Few people have made such a mark on the world using humility and grace as she, yet there is a gigantic element of her life which most people tend to overlook.
